 All I can say is wow! John really knows how to rebuild the 4R100. During the buying process he is very responsive to questions and gives his expertise on what you need. His pricing is more than fair when you compare it to some of the big house rebuilders out there, and at least you get peace of mind that the rebuilt unit was worked on by an actual specialist. The card stock he gives you is an actual report of what he replaced during reassembly. The transmission shifts so smooth compared to even just a stock unit. He supplies you with everything you need on top of the purchase of the transmission to ensure the install is seamless. I would highly recommend anybody in need of a 4R100 to go to John and his team at BSA.

Highly impressed with the product overall. Strong and really smooth shifts. I bought a 4r100 for my 4x4 dually. Also, coming from CT to PA to purchase the transmission, John made the process very smooth. He made sure to communicate with me the whole time VIA messenger and pictures. He made sure that I was bringing all the correct components and nothing extra.

He was really flexible on the timing since I had to go after work all the way from Connecticut. I will be purchasing another transmission from John for another truck if mine and 10/10 would recommend this product. Awesome transmission and great customer service.

I dont usually write reviews but i wanted to write one for John. From the time i started messaging him he answered all of my questions (and i had alot). He helped me decide the best options for a trans rebuild. I went with his upgraded stock rebuild. Communication was clear, punctual on meet times, and explained everything you need to know and more. Very knowledgable guy. If your hesitant, like I was to not have a big name company build your trans, dont be John will take care of you.

I purchased a rebuild 4r100 with an upgraded converter from John. He was very informative and answered all of my questions with ease. Nice genuine guy. The transmission itself works flawlessly so far. I'm happy with everything done to it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another from him if one of my other trucks go down.
